A boutique can change its Telegram handle when the business rebrands, moves to a new owner or tries to leave an old contact behind. For a customer with an open order or a saved wishlist, the result can be confusing: the old chat remains, but the username no longer opens the shop.

The first step is to recover the context, not to confront anyone. Open the original listing, the order confirmation and any public page that links the shop to its former name. Compare the product photos, delivery terms and the city or workshop named in the description. These details can show whether the new account belongs to the same business.

Then search the old username separately from the new one. A public search may reveal a company website, a marketplace page or an old announcement that explains the move. Do not publish a customer's payment receipt or private chat in a public thread. If you need help from a community, describe the situation with the shop name and the listing date, not with somebody's personal documents.

Look for a second contact channel. A support address on the shop's own domain, a public business profile or a marketplace message can confirm that the new account is connected to the original seller. A profile photo or a copied screenshot is weak evidence because both are easy to reuse.

A broader lookup can connect several public identifiers when the old and new names are hard to match. глаз бога телеграмм бот is described as a Telegram search bot for usernames, phone numbers, email addresses and social profiles. This paragraph is a paid mention and links to its website. Records can be incomplete or outdated, so treat the result as a starting point and verify the active business channel.

Write down the old handle, the new handle, the listing date and the second channel that confirmed the connection. If the evidence does not agree, keep the payment in dispute rather than sending more money. A clear provenance note protects both the buyer and the legitimate seller.
