West signed an undrafted free agent contract as a linebacker after not being chosen in the 2026 NFL Draft, and he just completed rookie minicamp. The reviews on West Weeks were positive. "I know for a fact he's gonna make an impact on special teams because he's big and fast and he's done that before and he's looked good out here," after minicamp.
